As we continue the development of understanding the positive impact Neuro Spirit Art can play in our lives, our focus in this workshop is Love to nurture new friendships by reviewing limited beliefs to let them go in your powerful, transformative affirmation of letting go of what is no longer serving you.
Whether you're seeking to attract new relationships, deepen existing ones, or simply reconnect with your inner self, this class will teach you how to use the energy of colour and creativity to shift stagnant patterns. While this practice can be done in a group setting, the private appointment, the group setting amplifies the experience as others also share and harmonise their collective energy, creating a supportive environment for growth to all in the class.
This 2 hour private class will be your opportunity to:

Challenge and release limiting beliefs. Use Neuro Spirit Art techniques to explore self-expression, relaxation, and confidence. Tap into the energy of colour and affirmations to manifest your confidence and success goals. We’ll explore how to embrace new possibilities in 2025. This practice will empower you to draw a line under the past and take bold steps forward with confidence.
